Roasted Pomodoro Potatoes

Is there anything better than crispy, cheesy potatoes? Yep! Crispy, cheesy potatoes in a balnket of Distilled Pomodoro!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

2 teaspoons Distilled Pomodoro

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.

  2. Transfer potatoes to a parchment-lined baking dish and spread them in an even layer. Roast for 30 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender and golden.
