Caul-a-Roni

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
1 ounce angel hair spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
4 ounces riced cauliflower
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Distilled Pomodoro
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the butter over medium in a pot with a fitted lid.
Once melted, add the broken angel hair and cauliflower; toast, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and Distilled Pomodoro and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let sit for 5 minutes, covered, before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
