Chai Chia Pudding
You may have had chai pudding - but not like this, baby!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon Distilled Chai
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups light coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine cocoa powder, maple syrup, Distilled Chai, salt, and vanilla and whisk to combine.
Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and whisk until a paste forms.
Add the remaining coconut milk and whisk until smooth.
Add chia seeds and whisk until combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Whisk to evenly distribute the ingredients and refrigerate an additional 4 hours.
