Mojito Panna Cotta

An elegant dessert that you can scale up or down, no matter how many guests you have.

Ingredients

3/4 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder

3/4 cup crème fraiche

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon Distilled Mojito

1-2 drops green food coloring

1/2 teaspoon lime zest

Lime slices, for garnish

Whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. To bloom the powdered gelatin, place a tablespoon of cold water in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top of the water and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Combine crème fraiche, coconut milk, and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a low boil and remove from the heat. Stir in bloomed gelatin and whisk well until gelatin is completely incorporated and smooth.

  3. Stir in lime juice, Distilled Mojito and food coloring.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream, a sprinkle of lime zest, and a lime slice.
